Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyenger Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga and the list goes on.

Confused on which one to practice ?

Similarly, all styles of yogas aim to make you a happier, healthier person. Yoga is about connecting with your inner self and finding balance, peace and happiness. Yoga is for everyone irrespective of age or ability. The best way to understand and appreciate yoga is to experience it.

I’ve been studying and practicing yoga and its philosophies for over a decade. My authentic yoga practice incorporates elements of all styles of yoga. Today, I am fortunate to share all that I’ve learned with you.

I offer group or one-to-one sessions based on your specific needs, including, meditative, relaxation yoga with mantra chanting, children's yoga, ladies-only yoga and yoga for the elderly.
