A yogic practice incorporating ABC technique - Asanas, Breathing and Contemplation (meditation) to de-stress, improve concentration and attain a healthy mind.

Yogalates (Yoga+Pilates)

Discover the perfect blend of core-strengthening yogasanas , inspired by Pilates routines, and mindful yogic breathing in a dynamic class that combines strength, flexibility, and prana breathing

Yoga All Abilities
Mon 1800 - 1900 hrs
Each session would be themed around the needs of attendees. A yogic practice encompassing mind and body with an aim to bring balance and harmony in life.

Suitable for all levels and abilities. Confirm attendance by 9pm the day before.

No Lock-in. Pay as you go. ​£10 per session. Cash, Cards, GPay, ApplePay accepted.

Vinyasa Bliss Yoga
